GCSE Maths: Years 10 and 11

GCSE MATHSThe current 9-1 GCSE Maths syllabus (examined for the first time in 2017) is considerably more demanding than the old syllabus so it’s essential to get help as soon as it’s needed. We have an excellent working knowledge of the new syllabus and currently tutor students in Years 10 and 11 from every secondary school in Urmston, as well as several who come from further afield.

Please do not delay in contacting us if you would like GCSE Maths tuition, as spaces fill up quickly.  We are currently accepting names of students in Years 9 and 10, who are wanting to start tuition in June or September 2020. Please do not delay in contacting Paul or Christine to book your free assessment.

GCSE Maths is a minimum requirement for many college courses, university degrees and careers.  Many young people panic and believe they ‘cannot do’ maths; indeed, we find that the biggest barrier to maths success is not lack of knowledge but lack of confidence.  We remind our maths students that success comes in cans not cannots and our qualified teachers send them off to their GCSE exams with a positive mental attitude, backed up by a thorough understanding of all aspects of maths.

If your young mathematician is flipping out over fractions or angst-ridden over algebra, contact us to arrange your FREE assessment and let us get started on releasing their inner-genius.
