Summer School Lessons
We are currently running our online summer school lessons on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. These are more or less full, but if you get in touch we will do our best to fit you in.
Practice Entrance Exams
Our next online GL-style exam will take place on 9th August. We have closed bookings for this as we post the papers to you and we cannot guarantee that they will arrive on time at this late stage. However, if you still wish to book, you may collect the papers from our premises in Urmston on Thursday, 6th August between 2 and 3 pm only. You will need to contact us to arrange this.
Our next CEM-style exam is on 16th August at The Venue. The children will sit a minimum of 1.99 metres apart and the room shall be extremely well ventilated. Surfaces and hands will be well sanitised. If lockdown continues and it is not safe to hold the exam in-person, we shall revert to our online format. We are currently taking bookings for 12.30pm, or 9.30 am if you wish to sit the exam online.
We also have prerecorded invigilation sessions which you may book now. We will send you the papers and your child may sit the examination whenever is most convenient:

Masterclasses

Our entrance exam masterclasses are being delivered online. These consist of dynamic, engaging prerecorded video tutorials coupled with exclusive printed workbooks. Each takes no less (and generally far longer) than three hours to complete. We currently have masterclasses available in:
Fractions, Decimals and Percentages with Bonus Ratio and Proportion
Handling Data (charts, graphs and averages)
Geometry (Shape, area, perimeter and coordinates)
Verbal Reasoning Comprehension and Cloze
Non-Verbal Reasoning Reflection and Rotation
Exam Technique
Verbal Reasoning Vocabulary will be available next week.
We also have Core Skills Masterclasses for children entering Year 5 in September. These are available in Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
